Abstract

A construction project is a series of activities that involve planning, designing and managing to achieve certain goals. Construction is not only related to physical development, but also requires efficient time management. In the world of construction, time is a resource that must be managed carefully. Project scheduling is one of the result elements that can provide information about the planned schedule and project progress, in this case the performance of resources in the form of costs, labor, equipment and materials as well as the planned project duration and progress on project completion time. Eva Tower Sports Hall (GOR), is a sports support facility for the community around the Ds location. District Corner. Campurdarat District. Tulungaggung, this Sports Hall was built 6 years ago. In the construction process, this Sports Hall, which has dimensions of 38.4 m², cost Rp. 1,036,803,526.86 and reached 238 days of work. Critical Path Method (CPM) is a technique that identifies the tasks required for project completion and determines scheduling flexibility. This research was conducted to analyze the critical path and cost increases in the process of implementing the Eva Tower Sports Hall construction project in Ds. Corner, District. Mixed Land, Kab. Tulungaggung. The method implemented is to carry out a literature study from RAB data and Time Schedule for the construction of the Eva Tower Building. The results of the research analysis are qualitative so that they can be used as data for Network Planning. So the cost increase on the CPM critical path if calculated is IDR. 876,584,519.99 and the total cost if accelerated is 1,114,149,219,780. Using the CPM method saves 21 days of project completion time with an additional cost of Rp. 77,345,602,920. Keywords: CPM, Construction, Critical Path Method
