Abstract

The Cooperative and Licensing Service in Kediri Regency has a very significant role in regulating domestic product problems in facing global competition, especially the readiness of the products produced and the readiness of the community, so that the community is very much expected to be able to carry out data collection, management, training, empowerment, Empowerment, promotion, service, quality and supervision that are appropriate so that the community is able to face and compete later. This study aims to determine the Implementation of the Job Creation Policy in Empowering MSMEs (Case Study: Licensing and Financing in Banyakan District, Kediri Regency). This type of research is qualitative field research (field study research). This field research uses observations in the form of case studies. The sources in this study are MSME actors in Banyakan District and officers of the Cooperative and Micro Enterprises Service (Dinas Kopusmik). Data collection techniques, interviews, observations or observations and documentation. Data analysis techniques, data condensation, data display, and conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the Implementation of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Empowerment Policy in Banyakan District, Kediri Regency is running optimally, empowering cooperatives and MSMEs in facilitating easy licensing and capital optimally. Licensing has been carried out well by carrying out licensing using the OSS system application which can be processed directly. While the capital of the Cooperative Office for MSME actors in Banyakan District, Kediri Regency has provided facilities related to capital in collaboration with banking parties such as BRI, but the Cooperative Office in Kediri Regency has provided loans.
