Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Service Quality, Price and Location on Consumer Satisfaction at Ndalem Gawanda Nganjuk. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis methods to test yhe hypoyhesis after going through validity, reliability,and classical assumption tests. Data were obtained through distributing questionnaires to 67 respondents using the accidental sampling method. The results of the study indicate that simultaneously Service Quality, Price and Location have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction. With a calculated F value > F table (179,329 > 2,518). The better the Quality of Service provided, the more competitive the price offered, and the more strategic the Location, it can increase Consumer Satisfaction as a whole. Partially, Service Quality, Price and Location also have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction. Variable X1 Service Quality with a calculated t value> t table (2.467> 1.998). Variable X2 Price with a calculated t value> t table (2.646> 1.998). Variable X3 Location with t count value > t table (4.676 > 1.998). This result shows that the better the Quality of Service, Price and Location, the higher the level of Consumer Satisfaction. Keywords: Quality of Service, Price, Location, Consumer Satisfaction
