Abstract

This study develops a pavement-condition scenario for the Kediri-Nganjuk Road from Jl. Raya Loceret (-7.649375, 111.899072) to the Loceret Adipura Monument (-7.646955, 111.892661), covering approximately 0.760 km. A descriptive quantitative secondary-data design was used, drawing on Pratama et al. (2026). Seven complete published segment records (segments 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 9, and 10) had PCI values of 51, 40, 58, 70, 65, 22, and 58. The records were audited, recalculated, standardized using the seven-condition rating scale, and sequentially mapped to seven analytical zones along the Loceret corridor. The mean PCI was 52, the median was 58, the sample standard deviation was 16.38, and the range was 22-70. Under the standardized scale, the mean condition was Poor; four zones were Fair, one Poor, one Very Poor, and one Serious. Potholes accounted for 370 of the total DV of 573 (64.6%). The scenario priority zone was mapped to STA 0+543-0+651 with PCI 22. Because the empirical data originated from a different road and source segments 5-7 were unavailable, these results are a scenario benchmark rather than an observed Loceret condition.
