Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of business scale and production capacity on the increase in employment opportunities within the shuttlecock industry in Sumengko Village, Sukomoro District, Nganjuk Regency. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing a sample of 60 respondents. The results indicate that both business scale and production capacity have a positive and significant effect on employment opportunities, whether analyzed individually or simultaneously. Production capacity emerged as the most dominant variable influencing employment opportunities. Keywords: Business Scale, Production Capacity, Job Opportunities.
