Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Contact Personnel and Physical Support on Outpatient Patient Satisfaction at the Pharmacy Service Unit of the UPT Puskesmas Pakisaji Malang Regency in 2020. To determine the effect of service quality and physical facilities on outpatient satisfaction at the Pharmacy Service Unit of the UPT Puskesmas Pakisaji Malang Regency. . In line with the research problems and hypotheses, this study was conducted using a survey design, namely research that takes a sample from one population and uses a questionnaire as a means of collecting basic data. In this study, using a sample of 330 patients. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling technique. Respondents are a source of research data that provide information about their opinions. Quantitative analysis in this study will use data quality tests (validity and reliability tests), clinical prerequisite tests (normality and linearity tests), and final analysis / hypothesis testing (correlation analysis, determination coefficient analysis, and linear regression analysis). All tests used the computer program SPSS 23.0. The results show that the Contact Personnel has an effect on patient satisfaction at the Pharmacy Service Unit of the Pakisaji Health Center, Malang Regency, Psychological Support has an effect on patient satisfaction at the Pharmacy Service Unit at the Puskesmas Pakisaji Malang Regency, and the factors that affect patient satisfaction include the reliability of the staff (responsiveness, friendliness, clarity of provision of drug information, speed of service) and support for equipment (completeness of medicines and medical equipment, comfort and cleanliness of waiting rooms, availability of drug information) Keywords: Contact Personnel, Physical Support, Patient Satisfaction, and Community Health Center.
