Abstract

Foundation is a structure of the bottom building, the basic structure of building that functions to carry the load from structure of building to the soil layer beneath it without causing shear collapse on the ground and excessive soil subsidence or foundation. In the foundation planning “Gedung Permata Indah Desa Kedung Dowo Nganjuk” used pile foundations with a depth of 17 m and diameter of the piles is 30 cm. There are three methods that used to calculate the bearing capacity of the pile, namely: Meyerhoff, Begemann, and Trofimankove. Pile foundation is a foundation in the form of a pile that is made before being put into the ground until it reaches the planned depth. In writing this final project used concrete pile in the form of precast concrete. The precast concrete pile foundation must be planned to be able to withstand the force and bending moment on the pile that arises when piling, in addition to the burden of the plan that must be shouldered. From the results of the calculation bearing capacity of the group piles with a diameter 30 cm and the number of piles 4 pieces, obtained the results of the method: Meyerhoff Pg = 224,60 ton, method: Begemann Pg = 199,59 ton, and method: Trofimankove Pg = 259,36 ton. From these results it turns out that the bearing capacity of the group piles is still greater than the value of ƩVu = 145,56 ton, so the foundation of the piles is safe to use. While for the buckling factor/ crack moment, the buckling value is obtained σtk = 699,22 kg/cm2 < σ ̅ = 2400 kg/cm2 SAFE. And the settlement of a single pile the value is obtained Se = 2,13 cm < Sijin = 10% x D = 3 cm SAFE, and for the settlement in group piles is obtained Sg = 3,98 cm. While for the repent of the pile cap obtained result for direction x tensile = D16 – 125 and reinforcement = D10 – 250, while for direction y tensile = D16 – 125 and reinforcement = D10 – 250.
