Abstract

Water is a necessity for life. All creatures need water in their lives so that without water, there can be no life. Humans use water resources for several purposes, such as domestic and non-domestic needs. Domestic needs are needs that are used in the household, such as drinking water, for washing, cooking, bathing and so on. The need for clean water is increasing due to the development of an area. In the village of Ringinpitu, there are many developments so that the need for clean water also increases. This study conducted an analysis of water availability and domestic water needs in the village of Ringinpitu. Water availability analysis is carried out using a rational method based on rainy days in the area. Meanwhile, the water demand analysis uses the advanced count projection method and is based on clean water planning criteria. For the water supply system, a pond is planned for storage. From this analysis, the results of the amount of water availability in the village of Ringinpitu are 11394550,197 L / second each year. The amount of domestic water demand in Ringinpitu village is 5,636 L / second annually. With a storage pool size P = 25 m, L = 25 m, T = 9.5 m. And it is concluded that the analysis of water availability on domestic water needs in Ringinpitu village can be fulfilled.
