Abstract

Multi-storey building construction work is a dense job with a high level of risk. The purpose of this research is to identify the potential hazards that can occur in the company PT. Santoso Shafanara Graha. This study investigated the identification, risk assessment of K3, and ways of controlling K3 risk in the ER RSUD Dr. Iskak Tulungagung. The study population was 78 workers ranging from workers, craftsmen, project guards, foremen, executors, management staff. The research sample was 44 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The method used is a description of the calculation of the K3 risk level using a risk index and a matrix sourced from AS / NZS 4360: 2004. The results showed that 1 variable categorized as a very high risk level is the worker's hand hit the hammer variable, for a high risk level obtained 2 variables, for the level of risk moderate risk is obtained 10 variables and for low risk level 4 variables. Control that can be done by reducing the risk and using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) that meets standards in accordance with the obligations agreed upon by the government.
