Abstract

In today's coffee shop competition, business actors must implement good business management such as maintaining the quality of the taste of their products. Therefore, a selection process for partners who become suppliers of raw materials is needed based on the theory of supply chain management implementation. The purpose of this study is to determine the pattern of supply chain management, supply chain implementation, and supply chain components that provide benefits to the Bestcamp Coffee Shop. This research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques in this study used the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate the pattern of the supply chain at Bestcamp Coffee Shop starting from several suppliers of selected raw material suppliers (quality and price) as well as good partnership relationships so that they can be on time. Bestcamp Coffee Shop only partially implements supply chain management according to Jay Heizer and Barry Render, namely negotiating with multiple suppliers and developing partnership relationships. The supply chain indicator that is considered the most useful for Bestcamp Coffee Shop is negotiating with multiple suppliers and developing partnership relationships to obtain quality raw materials at affordable prices.
