Abstract
This study aims to determine the company's financial condition using financial ratios, namely liquidity ratios, laverage ratios, profitability ratios, and activity ratios. This type of research used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population of this study are cigarette companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). Sampling using purposive sampling method. The sample in this study were 3 cigarette companies, namely PT. Gudang Garam Tbk, PT. HM Sampoerna Tbk, and PT. Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk which has met the criteria for research sampling. Data collection method by means of documentation. The data analysis method used is the time series method and the cross sectional method. The research result shows that the liquidity ratio of cigarette companies has a good industry average with the highest ratio owned by PT. Wismilak Inti Makmur, Tbk, and the lowest ratio is owned by PT. Gudang Garam Tbk .. The results of the calculation of the solvency ratio, cigarette companies have a fairly good average industry. Of the three companies that have a good level of solvency, namely PT. HM Sampoerna, Tbk. Profitability ratio, cigarette companies have a fairly low industry average. Of the three cigarette companies, the only one with the best profitability ratio was PT. HM Sampoerna, Tbk, because it has a ratio above the industry average. Meanwhile, the ratio of activity, cigarette companies have a fairly good industry average.
