Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine the compensation factors that affect employee performance in fostering work motivation in micro cooperatives in nganjuk district. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive research by conducting an observational approach where questionnaires will be distributed to the target research respondents, where the population of this study are all employees of the cooperative and micro-enterprise office of nganjuk district, totaling 55 people. In determining the sample, saturated sampling is used where the entire population is used as a respondent considering that the population is less than 100. In testing the results of respondent data to measure the effect of the dependent variable on the independent variable, path analysis was used. The test results show that compensation is directly proven to affect the level of employee performance very significantly on employees of the Nganjuk Regency cooperative and micro business office. Motivation indirectly affects employee performance of cooperative and micro business service employees in Nganjuk Regency. Keywords: compensation, work motivation, employee performance
