Abstract

Vertical buildings are one of the right residential solutions to increase the effectiveness of decreasing land and also improve the economic quality that occurs in Tulungagung. Upper structure planning with reference to Indonesian National Standards as well as safe load calculations and earthquake analysis are important aspects for assessing the readiness for sustainable construction of the building. From the modeling results with the help of the ETABS V18 application program, the safe upper structure results were obtained with column dimensions KL 1 800mm x 800mm with main reinforcement 16-D25 and stirrups 3-Ø12, column dimensions KL 2, KL 3, KL 4, KL 5 650mm x 650mm with main reinforcement 12 D20 and stirrups 3-Ø12. In the beam, dimensions of 500mm x 600mm are used with 4-D19 support reinforcement, 4-D19 pitch reinforcement and 3-Ø10 shear reinforcement. For roof plates with a thickness of 125mm, field reinforcement and support reinforcement Ø12-125 are used and for floor plates of 150mm, field reinforcement and support reinforcement Ø12-150 are used. For the stairs, the data obtained is that the height of the stairs is 350 cm, the height of the landing is 175 cm, and the width of the landing is 500 cm. The quality of the concrete used is f'c 30 MPa, and the BJTS steel reinforcement is 420 MPa. From the Building Structural Planning (5) floors of Tulungagung Flats with a Special Moment Resisting Frame System Using the ETABS V18 Application, it was concluded that the upper structure of the building meets the terms and conditions of the Indonesian National Standard so that it can be ensured to be strong and safe.
