Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of capital assistance and guidance provided by the government on the income of MSMEs in Mojoroto District, Kediri City. A quantitative approach was used by collecting primary and secondary data through field observations and questionnaires filled out by 98 MSME owners in Mojoroto District. To analyze the data, the methods applied include the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, as well as the t test and F test, which were processed using SPSS version 22. The findings from this research show that capital assistance increases the income of MSMEs in Mojoroto District, Kediri City. Apart from that, the government development program also increases the income of MSMEs in the region. Overall, both capital assistance and government development programs simultaneously increase the income of MSMEs in the region. Keywords: Capital Assistance, Government Guidance, Income.
