Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and the work environment on employee performance BRI KCP in Kecamatan Gurah Kabupaten Kediri. This type of research is field research, namely direct observation of the object under study, in order to obtain relevant data. The population in this study were all employees in Kecamatan Gurah Kabupaten Kediri, consisting of 50 employees. While the sample in this study is as many as 50 respondents. For the sampling technique using saturated sampling technique. Methods of data collection using observation (observation), questionnaires or questionnaires, documentation, and literature study. While the method of data analysis using descriptive percentage analysis, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis, simultaneous significant test (F test), t test (partial), and test the coefficient of determination (R2). From the results of this study it can be concluded that: (1) The results of the calculation of the T test for variable X1 (compensation) get a calculated T value of 2,433 greater than a T table value of 2.011 with a significance of 0.01 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. (2) The results of the calculation of the T test for the work environment variable X2 get a calculated T value of 2.521 greater than the T table value of 2.011 with a significance of 0.001 <0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted (3) F test calculation results for compensation variables ( X1) and the work environment (X2) simultaneously get a calculated F value of 106.918 greater than F table of 3.19 with a significance <0.05, so the third hypothesis put forward by the researcher is accepted.
