Abstract

Realizing good governance requires the principles of good governance, one of which is the principle of transparency. This study aims to analyze the transparency of financial management in Gondanglegi Village, Prambon District, Nganjuk Regency. This study uses qualitative methods, namely collecting, classifying, interpreting, connecting, and concluding facts and data obtained in the field. Data obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation with primary and secondary data sources. Obtained with the following results: (1) Planning, revenue and expenditure of the Gondanglegi Village government in the fiscal year that has been budgeted in the APBDesa and the draft APBDesa have been compiled, the preparation of the planning involves the Village Head, Village officials, BPD, and other community leaders. (2) Implementation, every receipt or disbursement goes through the cash account of Gondanglegi Village, namely BANK JATIM on behalf of Gondanglegi Village. (3) Administration, Gondanglegi Village Treasurer records every receipt and disbursement in the general treasury book through the SISKEUDES application. (4) In the reporting and accountability process, the Head of Gondanglegi Village reports village finances accompanied by an LPJ (accountability report) in January. Then the realization report was informed to the public by placing a billboard in front of the Gondanglegi Village office. Keywords: Village, Transparency, Financial Management
