Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and work conflict on employee performance at PR Dua Dewi Tulungagung. This type of research is quantitative research. This study used a sample of 176 respondents. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. The test tools used are instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. From the results of this test it can be concluded that the work environment partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work conflict partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work environment and work conflict simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Work Environment, Work Conflict, Employee Performance
