Abstract
This study aims to determine the partial influence of motivation on the performance of the PDAM Tulungagung District office employees. To find out that work discipline has a partial effect on the performance of PDAM Tulungagung District office employees. To find out that work motivation and discipline simultaneously influence the performance of PDAM Tulungagung District office employees. This study used a sample of 60 respondents. Sampling using random sampling technique. The test equipment used is research instrument test and regression analysis. The results of the research show that the effect of motivation is partially on the performance of PDAM Tulungagung District office employees with a value of 2.012 > 1.184 with a significant 0.002 > 0.05. Partial effect of work discipline on the performance of PDAM office staff in Tulungagung Regency Results 1.324 > 1.184 with a significant value of 0.001 <0.05. Then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The effect of motivation and work discipline simultaneously on the performance of PDAM Tulungagung District office employees From the ANOVA table above shows a significant value of 0.000 and (22,917) > (13,385), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.
