Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and service quality on purchasing decisions at PT Indo Putra Harapan Sukses Makmur. This type of research is quantitative research which is a research method based on the philosophy of positivism that is used in certain populations or in sample data using quantitative or statistical research tools. This study used a sample of 81 respondents. Sampling using accidental sampling technique. The test equipment used is instrument test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. From the results of this test it can be concluded that promotion partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Service quality partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Promotion and service quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.
