Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of price, location and service quality of Mie Djoetek Mojoroto Kediri, this research uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study were all consumers of Mie Djoetek Restaurant whose number was not known for certain. While the sample in this study used 100 respondents. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling method. This data collection method uses a questionnaire (questionnaire), interviews. Methods of data analysis with Multiple Regression Analysis, Descriptive Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, t test, f test, Determinant Coefficient (R2). From the research it can be concluded that: (1) In this price variable it can be concluded that if the calculated T value is greater than the T table value or 2.502 > 1.98498 then the price variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. (2) For the location variable, it can be concluded that if the calculated T value is greater than the T table value or 2.861 > 1.98498, the location variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. (3) In this variable of service quality, it can be concluded that if the calculated T value is greater than the T table value or 5.746 > 1.98498, then the service quality variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. (4) Based on the test simultaneously (simultaneous). It can be concluded that F arithmetic (49.339) > from F table (2.70) that the variables price, location and service quality simultaneously (simultaneously) have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, which means that the F arithmetic test and F table have a strong influence and interrelationships between the independent and dependent variables, meaning the price offered is cheap, the location strategy and the quality of customer service.
