Abstract
This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of work conflict on the performance of Auto2000 Jombang employees, (2) The effect of work discipline on the performance of Auto2000 Jombang employees, (3) The effect of work conflict and work discipline on the performance of Auto2000 Jombang employees. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique in this study used a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sample category of 40 respondents. The data analysis technique used to test the research hypothesis is using multiple linear regression testing techniques. The results of this study indicate that: (1) work conflict partially has a significant effect on employee performance, (2) work discipline partially has a significant effect on employee performance, (3) work conflict and work discipline simultaneously affect employee performance.
