Abstract

This study aims to describe the quality of population administration services in Banjarmelati Village, Kediri City along with its supporting and inhibiting factors. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis used in this research is the interactive analysis of Miles and Huberman. The research results of this study indicate that Banjarmelati Village is able to provide population administration services quickly, with minimal waiting time. People do not have to wait too long to get services such as making KTPs, KKs, birth certificates, or other population documents. In addition, population administration services in Banjarmelati Village show a high level of accuracy and accuracy. The population data recorded in documents such as KTPs and KKs are well confirmed and free from errors that could interfere with the interests of the community and are supported by all service staff in Kelurahan Banjarmelati who have a friendly, professional attitude and are ready to help the community. They provide clear explanations and ensure that people understand the procedures and requirements needed to obtain population administration services. The supporting factors of service quality include fast, timely, and accurate service, the attitude of employees to provide the best service and be polite. While the inhibiting factors include limited facilities and infrastructure and lack of understanding from citizens. Keywords: Quality, Public Services, Population Administration
