Abstract

The aim of this research is first to describe and analyze the implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum at SMK PGRI 1 Nganjuk and second to describe and analyze supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum at SMK PGRI 1 Nganjuk. This research uses qualitative methods and descriptive analysis. Its location is SMK PGRI 1 Nganjuk. To determine key informants, a purposive sampling technique was used, while a snowball sampling technique was used to determine the number of data sources. This research obtains data using interview techniques, observation methods, and documentation. To analyze the data obtained from the field, an interactive model developed by Miles and Huberman was used. Research results are going quite well, with several notes that need improvement. This is based on four aspects of implementation as follows. Firstly, communication is going very well considering that SMK PGRI 1 Nganjuk has implemented Minister of Education and Culture Decree Number 56/M/2022 concerning Guidelines for Implementing Curriculum in the Context of Learning Development & Learning Recovery at SMK PGRI 1 Nganjuk with precise delivery and content to all school staff. Second, resources are pretty good, fulfilling 3 of the four resource aspects. The resources that fulfill these are human resources, facilities, and authority. Meanwhile, the resources that are not yet sufficient are information resources that the teachers have not maximally implemented. Third, the disposition of handover of authority has been carried out well by the teachers and educators of SMK PGRI 1 Nganjuk because the implementers work effectively without special incentives except for the curriculum socialization presenters. Independently change. Fourth, the bureaucratic structure of all parts runs well according to the SOP guidelines in the Minister of Education and Culture Decree Number 56/M/2022 concerning the Guidelines for Implementing Curriculum in the Context of Learning, Development & Learning Recovery. The resources in question are human resources that can synergize between teachers and education personnel. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor is that several teachers need to be more involved in applying the independent Curriculum to change due to the constraints of digital-based technology, technical ignorance of the Curriculum being implemented and so on. Second, is the problem of finding partners tailored to the SMK PGRI 1 Nganjuk majors. Most collaborations are from the TPM, TKRO, TBSM, DPIB, TKJ, TITL, TAV and TLAS departments. Meanwhile, the major where there is no MOU is DKV. Keywords: implementation, independent Curriculum, SMK PGRI 1 Nganjuk.
