Abstract

This study aims to understand the influence of organizational culture and work environment partially and simultaneously on employee performance at the cafe and coffee restaurant Yunge Nganjuk and understand the more dominant variables. The sample selection technique applies the Nonprobability Sampling and Saturated Sampling techniques. A sample of 30 respondents who are employees of the cafe and coffee restaurant Yunge. The results of the analysis show that employee performance is positively and quite significantly influenced by corporate culture. This is evidenced by the t-count value of 2.649 which is greater than the t-table value of 2.051. In addition, it is proven that the work environment has a significant and even dominant influence, the t-table value of 2.051 is much smaller than the t-count value of 13.462. The acquisition of organizational culture and work environment variables simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the cafe and coffee restaurant Yunge, with the value of F_count> F_table (225.269> 3.35). This shows that both factors show how important it is to maximize both in efforts to improve the quality of the workforce. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Work Environment, Employee Performance
