Abstract
This study aims to identify how Work Environment and Work Discipline affect Employee Performance at The Farrel Nganjuk Hotel. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis methods used to test the hypothesis after going through validity tests, reliability tests, and classical assumption tests. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 32 respondents using saturated sampling techniques. The results of the study indicate that simultaneously Work Environment and Work Discipline have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with a calculated F value > F table (22.041 > 3.328). A conducive work environment and high discipline can increase employee productivity and performance as a whole. Partially, Work Environment and Work Discipline also have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, with a calculated t value> t table (5.990 > 2.045) and calculated t > t table (3.787 > 2.045). These results indicate that the better the work environment and work discipline, the higher the level of performance shown by employees.
