Abstract

This research was conducted at PT BPR Bank Jombang Perseroda. The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the influence of Corporate Culture Influence consisting of aspects of Integrity, Professionalism, Customer Satisfaction, Exemplary, Appreciation to Human Resources on Employee Work Productivity partially or simultaneously as well as the dominant influence. The sample used was 87 employees. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The analysis carried out included instrument testing, normality testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression testing, hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 22.0 for Windows software. The results of the study indicate that partially the aspects of Integrity, Professionalism, Customer Satisfaction, Exemplary Behavior, and Appreciation for Human Resources have an influence on work productivity, and all hypotheses are proven. It was also found that the aspect of appreciation for human resources has a dominant influence. Keywords: corporate culture, work productivity, PT BPR Bank Jombang Perseroda
