Abstract

This type of research is quantitative in nature with the aim of determining the effect of workload on the performance of employees at the Kejaksaan Negeri Kota Kediri. This sample was taken from the Kejaksaan Negeri Kota Kediri. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from questionnaires and observations distributed and related to the problem being studied. The population in this study was all employees at the Kejaksaan Negeri Kota Kediri and the sample was determined as many as 77 respondents. Data analysis techniques used in this study are validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression tests, hypothesis testing (t-test, F-test, R2 test). Based on the results of the research and discussion that have been carried out, the results of this study indicate a positive and significant influence between workload on the performance of employees at the Kejaksaan Negeri Kota Kediri as evidenced by the workload regression coefficient value of 0.383 and the calculated t value = 2.587 > t table = 1.993, and a significance value of 0.012
