Abstract

This study examines the influence of innovative work culture and education on artists’ commitment in the Bethara Lendir Art Collective. The research uses a quantitative survey method by collecting data through observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed using linear regression analysis. The findings show that both innovative work culture and education have a positive and significant effect on artists’ commitment. Among the two variables, innovative work culture has a stronger influence. These results highlight the importance of developing an innovative work environment and improving education to strengthen artists’ commitment and support the sustainability of the art collective.
