Abstract
The development in the current era of globalization requires companies to maintain their existence and continue to develop if they want to compete in this era of globalization. This form of very complicated competition in the era of globalization has made companies more intrigued to look for ready human resources that are ready to use. This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee perfomance both partially and simultaneously on LCL employees of PT Putra Guna Jaya Mulia Surabaya.
