Abstract
This study is quantitative and aims to determine the effect of communication and motivation on employee performance at PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Surya Artha Guna Mandiri. The sample in this study was 33 employees who were used as respondents. The number of samples is taken using the saturated sampling technique which is a technique of taking the entire population as a sample. The data was taken by distributing questionnaires to the study respondents. The results of this study showed that the variable communication (X1) and motivation (X2) simultaneously have a significant influence on the variable employee performance (Y). This is shown based on the ANNOVA test table or F test obtained from the data processing value of 9,661 > 3,30 with a significance level of 0,004 < 0,05. While the variable communicaton partially has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, it is known from the value of the significance of communication to employee performance of 0,021 < 0,05 and the value of thitung 2,437 > 2,042. While the variable motivation partially has a positive and significant influence on employee performace. This can be seen from the significance value for motivation to employee performance of 0,023 < 0,05 and the value of thitung 2,405 > 2.045. Keywords: Communication, Motivation, Employee Performan
