Abstract
The purpose of this study was to obtain the results of the correlation of the influence between organizational climate on employee performance which is influenced by work enthusiasm as an intervening variable at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Kota Kediri. Quantitative method is the method used in this research, namely by distributing questionnaires in the form of questions to all employees in the research object addressed by the researcher. The population in this study amounted to 250 people with a sample of 250 which the sample was obtained from data processing using the slovin formula. In testing the results of respondent data to measure the effect of the dependent variable on the independent variable, path analysis was used. The test results show the influence of the work environment on employees whose good or positive influence can affect employee performance and morale. Work enthusiasm itself is the foundation in influencing employee performance, with work enthusiasm, the work atmosphere factor will also increase.
