Abstract

This study aims to determine the leadership management of Islamic boarding school caregivers in improving the quality of human resources and competitiveness of Islamic boarding schools in Salman Al-Farisi Islamic Boarding School in Gayam Village, Kediri Regency. Purposive sampling technique for sampling and being sampled as many as 5 people. The analysis techniques used are reduction analysis, display analysis and conclusions. The results of this study are 1) Management of leadership of Islamic boarding school caregivers in improving human resources and competitiveness in participating in various activities so that human resources are very good. 2) Supporting factors in improving the quality of human resources and competitiveness of Salman AlFarisi Islamic Boarding School by implementing the vision and mission of the boarding school become supporting factors to improve the quality of human resources and competitiveness in this Islamic boarding school and the leadership of this boarding school is not authoritarian and the leader of the lodge provides opportunities for employees and teachers to conduct learning outside the cottage. And human resources that are in accordance with their fields can improve the quality of human resources and be able to compete with other Islamic boarding schools. The inhibiting factor comes from the lack of funding to support all programs so that it is necessary to cooperate with donors.
