Abstract
Transportation today is experiencing rapid development in line with technological advancements. App-based transportation services are also becoming increasingly popular, offering flexible and affordable alternatives for the community. This trend supports the emergence of local courier services that provide various conveniences for the public, including delivery speed and cost efficiency. This research aims to determine the influence of service quality and trust on customer satisfaction of Kurir Koe Kota Kediri. The influence you want to know is direct or indirect influence. This type of research is quantitative which explains the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. This research used a sample of 100 respondents. Sampling used a non-probability sampling technique, with characteristics of a minimum age of 17 years and having used Koe Courier services at least three times. The test equipment used is research instrument testing and path analysis. From the results of this test it can be concluded that service quality and trust have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Keywords: service quality, trust, customer satisfaction
