Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of salary, allowances and work facilities on Employee Performance at Bank Jatim Dr. Soetomo Surabaya Branch. This study uses a quantitative research method because the research data is in the form of numbers and analyzed using statistics and has met the scientific principles, namely concrete, objective, measurable, rational, and systematic. The population in this study is all employees at Bank Jatim Dr. Soetomo Surabaya Branch as many as 125 people, while the sample is as many, namely 33 respondents. The sampling method used is simple random sampling. The data collection technique uses primary data collection and secondary data collection. Meanwhile, the data quality test is tested with validity test and reliability test. The data analysis method uses classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and determinant coefficient (R2) testing. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that: (1) Salary has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this means that if salary increases, it will improve employee performance. (2) Work allowances have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this means that if work allowances increase, it will improve employee performance. (3) Work facilities have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this means that if work facilities increase, it will improve employee performance. (4) Together, the three independent variables consisting of salary (X1), work allowance (X2), and work facilities (X3) have a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y). This means that if salaries, allowances and work facilities increase together, it will improve employee performance. Keywords: Salary, benefits, work facilities, employee performance
