Abstract
This study was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of compensation, work motivation and work environment on employee performance at the Abadi Kediri Digital Printing Company. The type of research used is quantitative research with a comparative case study method. The statistical population of this study is all employees of the Abadi Kediri Digital Printing Company totaling 75 people. Currently, the sample of this study is 75 respondents. The sampling method uses saturated sampling. The data collection method uses observation, questionnaires, documentation and literature studies. While the data analysis method uses descriptive percentage analysis, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis, simultaneous significance tests (F tests), t tests (partial), and determination coefficient tests (R2). From the results of the study, it can be concluded that: (1) Compensation has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, meaning that the negative and significant effect indicates that if employee compensation increases, the performance of the Abadi Digital Printing Company Kediri employees will continue to decline. (2) Motivation has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, meaning that the negative and significant effect indicates that if the motivation given by the Company increases, the performance of the Abadi Digital Printing Company Kediri employees will continue to increase. . (3) The work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, meaning that the positive and significant influence shows that the better the work environment, the better the employee performance at the Abadi Kediri Digital Printing Company.
