Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational commitment and work inspiration on the fulfillment of workers' work at CV. Wecono Asri Kediri. By using a quantitative approach in a causal research plan, this study analyzes the relationship between factors. The population consists of 150 representatives, with testing of 108 respondents selected using the purposive examination method. Information collection is carried out through perception, documentation and surveys, while information investigations include instrument tests, classical suspicion tests, different direct recurrences and assurance coefficients (R²). The investigations carried out turned out that (1) Organizational commitment has a positive and noteworthy influence on work fulfillment, from the calculated t value of 5.875, a mean value of 0.000 was obtained, and a regression coefficient of 0.487. In addition, work motivation has a positive and significant influence as indicated by the calculated t value of 5.177, a mean of 0.000, and a regression coefficient of 0.833. At the same time, these two factors contribute greatly to the fulfillment of workers' work and are worthy of attention to work fulfillment, this can be seen from the F-count value of 51.799 with a centrality level of 0.000 and a relationship coefficient of 0.705. In general, these two factors explain 48.7% of the diversity of job satisfaction, while the other 51.3% is influenced by variables outside the study.
