Abstract

ABSTRACT Adilla Talisia Hidayat. NIM: 202002010001. Analysis of Employee Performance in Providing Administrative Services to the Community in Mojoroto Village, Kediri City. Supervisor I: Drs. Sugeng Widodo, M.Si Mojoroto District Office employees in Kediri City have appropriate education and training, but their performance in administrative services is still not satisfactory to the community. This research aims to analyze employee performance in providing administrative services such as making KTPs and KK. The importance of commitment and empathy in service to increase community satisfaction is emphasized. Low service quality has been observed through pre-observation, which indicates the need to improve employee performance and abilities in administrative tasks. This research aims to determine and analyze the performance of village office employees in providing administrative services to the community in Mojoroto Village, Kediri City. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The research focus uses a performance indicator focus (T.R.Mitchell, 1989) which has several focuses, namely Work Quality, Timeliness, Initiative, Ability, and Communication. This research concludes that the performance of employees at the Mojoroto Village Office, Kediri City is generally good, but requires improvement in service fairness and time management. Although some employees show good initiative and friendly communication, further training is needed to improve service consistency. Continuous evaluation and improvement is very important to improve the quality of administrative services to the community in the future.
