Abstract
Abstract : This research aims to increase public trust in the services provided by the Village Government. This research uses Hardiansyah's theory in the public service book. To restore community trust and satisfaction, the Village Government must have responsibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. This research uses qualitative research and focuses on these five things. The results show that the quality of service in Sugihwaras Village, Bagor District, Nganjuk Regency is lacking in terms of Reability, Tagible. As for the quality of public services, it is good but still needs to be improved and promises made and realized. Apart from that, supporting factors to strengthen services include input and regulations from the Village Government in implementing SOP and SP to become a benchmark for service quality and inhibiting factors that must be addressed immediately, namely the problem of facilities, realization in the opinion of the community and the ability of officers to serve. This is because the services in Sugihwaras Village are all constrained by facilities, realization and the ability of the staff, so it cannot be denied that there are often misses and the results of the input from the service are not transparent.
