Abstract
The implementation of public services is the government's effort to fulfill the basic needs and rights of every citizen for goods, services, and administrative services that have been provided by public service providers. In public service activities, the government adheres to Article 1 of Law No. 25 of 2009 concerning public services which contains the fulfillment of service needs in accordance with statutory regulations. Quality public services or what is commonly referred to as excellent service is the best service that meets service quality standards. Similarly, what must be done by employees of the Sidorejo Village Office must be able to provide a service that is satisfactory and acceptable to the community. This study aims to determine the quality of public services at the Sidorejo Village Office and its supporting and inhibiting factors. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. This data analysis technique uses the theory of Miles and Huberman in Sugiyono (2016: 246). The results of the research are based on Kotler indicators in Arni Purwani and Rahma Wahdiniwaty (2017:65) regarding service quality indicators namely Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, Tangibles. . Quality public services can encourage implementation to form a quality government system. In addition, good quality public services can foster satisfaction with the community in the services provided. Keywords: Public Service Quality, Service, Service Standar
