Abstract

Health services are also a form of service that must be improved in quality considering that health is one of the main factors in human life. However, in reality there are still a number of things that make people feel dissatisfied with the services provided, such as services that are not timely, there is still a lack of infrastructure and the lack of competency of the officers. This shows that the Kedungombo Village Sub-Health Center has not provided optimal health services. This study aims to describe and analyze health services at the Kedungombo Village Health Center, supporting and inhibiting factors for health services at the Kedungombo Village Health Center. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data sources for this study were the Head of the Kedungombo Village Assistant Health Center, Kedungombo Village Assistant Health Center staff and the community as patients at the Kedungombo Village Assistant Health Center. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used is to use interactive model data analysis according to Miles, Huberman and Saldana. The results of the study showed that the health services at the Kedungombo Village Assistant Health Center were quite good, however, from 5 service indicators, namely Tangibles, Responsiveness, Reliability, Assurance, Empathy. there are still 2 indicators that have not run optimally, namely Tangibles (Physical Evidence) and Reliability (Reliability). The supporting factors include road access and affordability. Inhibiting factors include regular employee training and health center facilities. The researcher's suggestion is to submit the required employees and pay more attention in providing services to the community and also the facilities and infrastructure provided so that officers can provide health services in accordance with community expectations. keywords: Service Quality & Health Services.
