Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction Kedai Belikopi Kediri. This study used a sample of 60 respondents. Sampling using random sampling technique. The test equipment used is research instrument test and regression analysis. The relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction at BeliKopi shops is known to be 5,783 > 1,184 with a significance of 0,000 > 0.05: then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. is another variable that is not examined in research.
