Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the performance of BPKAD Nganjuk Regency in 2022. Using qualitative research methods, the researcher seeks to evaluate performance by using performance measurement indicators from Government Regulation Number 30 of 2019. The results of the study show that the performance of BPKAD Nganjuk Regency in 2022 has been good and in accordance with applicable Government Regulations, especially Government Regulation Number 30 of 2019. The performance of BPKAD Nganjuk Regency is objective and measurable with e-performance that is carried out every month, accountable with the implementation of the Government Agency Performance Accountability System (SAKIP). Participatory is shown by leaders who always provide opportunities for staff to provide input, suggestions and criticism in every meeting and ransparan in performance is shown by effective and open communication between leaders and staff in delegation and task reporting. Supporting factors for the performance of BPKAD Nganjuk Regency are adequate facilities and infrastructure, many training and development activities, and a positive organizational culture. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors for the performance of BPKAD Nganjuk Regency are the division of tasks that are not in accordance with the background, employees who have not mastered IT, and the level of discipline that is still lacking.
