Abstract
This study aims to describe job satisfaction, organizational com- mitment, employee engagement, OCB and employee performance; analyze the influence of job satisfaction, organizational commit- ment, employee engagement on OCB; analyze the influence of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, employee engagement on employee performance; analyze the influence of OCB on employee performance; and analyze the influence of job satisfaction, organi- zational commitment, employee engagement on employee perfor- mance through OCB. The sample in the study amounted to 134 respondents. The analysis technique uses SEM analysis. The results of the analysis show that job satisfaction, organiza- tional commitment, and employee engagement have an effect on OCB. Job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and employee engagement affect employee performance. OCB affects employee performance. Job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and employee engagement affect employee performance through OCB.
