Abstract

Legal protection is made for the purpose of all Indonesian citizens who work to get the rights that workers should get. Although there is a policy from the government with the existence of laws, the implementation in the field is also very different implementation, it cannot run according to existing legal rules. Home Industry Shuttlecock is a house that contains the production of shuttlecock making by employing many workers where workers get rights from employers, namely wage rights, social security rights, leave rights. Even workers in the home industry sector, workers are entitled to rights in accordance with the rules of law that have been determined. In the home shuttlecock industry, the form of legal protection is still weak and there is no definite clarity to workers such as work safety protection, social security, wages that workers should get. There are still many shortcomings in the implementation of workers' rights in the Home Industry shuttlecock.
