The purpose of this planning is to find out how much the load is on the superstructure of the building, the calculation of the analysis of the building structure, the results of the earthquake response and the details of the structural reinforcement of the building. This planning guideline refers to (SNI-03-1726-2012) Earthquake planning, (SNI-03-2847-2013) Structural concrete, (SNI-03-2847-2002) concrete structures and for structural analysis using SAP 2000 v20 software. The results of the structural load planning itself are worth = 1315.76 tons and other loading dead loads = 41.182 tons, live load = 18.197 tons, for earthquake loads = direction x floor 1 = 4 tons, floor 2 = 8 tons, floor 3 = 10 tons, and floor 4 = 12 tons and for the results of the earthquake load in the y direction floor 1 = 4 tons, floor 2 = 7 tons, and for details of the reinforcement on beams B1 and B2 we get the principal reinforcement D16 with stirrup reinforcement Ø10, for column reinforcement K1 You can get the D19 basic reinforcement with stirrup reinforcement Ø10, for floor slab reinforcement Ø10 100 mm and 150 mm spacing and roof plate Ø10 distance 150 mm and 200 mm.
