Abstract
Laston AC-WC (Asphaltic Concrate-Wearing Course) is one type of flexible pavement construction pavement layers. This type of pavement is an even mixture between aggregate and asphalt as a binding agent at a certain temperature. Filler which is a mixture filler function to increase stability and reduce air cavity in the mixture of pavement layers. This study uses an experimental method with an experiment to get results, by utilizing tile waste waste as a fine aggregate with a percentage of 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 100% with the sifter used held by sieve no. 16, 30, 50, 100, and 200. The study was conducted following procedures in accordance with established standards based on the 2010 general specifications. This test uses the marshall method which is the basis for calculating the stability value and flow mixture of the laston AC-WC with 5.5% Pb. In the Marshall test produces an average value of VIM, VMA, VFB, stability, flow and Marshall quentient, from the average value obtained from tile content with the percentage of 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 100%. VIM of 4.3%, VMA of 17.31%, VFB of 74.98%, stability of 4748 kg, flow of 3.17mm, and Marshall quentient of 1494.2 kg / mm. And the optimum tile content is at 0%, 10%, 15%, 100% of the VIM, VMA, VFB, stability and MQ values Keywords: Laston AC-WC, Marshall, Roof tile waste
