Abstract
In the implementation in the field, a concrete time plan is indispensable. One of the problems that often occurs is that the compaction time and maturity of concrete are relatively long, which is 28 days so that this duration allows hindering the progress of other work and affecting performance in project completion. Including this, additives are indeed needed to overcome the time of concrete compaction, Master Pozzolith 80 as a water reducer is very appropriate to use in experiments. The research begins with testing of aggregates including gradation tests, moisture content tests, sludge content tests, and abrasion tests. Furthermore, mixing of composition ingredients including additives based on SNI 03-2834-2000 according to the planned Job Mix Formula was then carried out a slump test. The levels used in the 12 samples consisted of 0.2%, 0.3%, 0.32%, and 0.34% of the amount of cement. Curing is carried out according to the target age of concrete 3 days until then porosity and compressive strength tests are carried out. The average compressive pulley obtained included 10.44 Mpa for the addition of 0.2% additives, 12.85 Mpa for the addition of 0.3% additives, 10.32 Mpa for the addition of 0.32% additives, and 9.21 Mpa for the addition of 0.34% additives. Concrete with the addition of Master Pozzolith content of 0.3% is able to accelerate hardening and increase compressive strength in the average compressive strength of 13 Mpa with a percentage of 59.2%. The value exceeds the 3-day-old additive-free concrete provision of 8,68 Mpa. Master Pozzolith 80 in the study can accelerate hardening and increase the compressive strength of concrete at the age of 3 days with a difference of 7.43 Mpa from the quality of concrete 3 days without additives.
