Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of training and development and job performance on career advancement of employees Pt. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Pasar Baru Pare Unit. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative with a survey approach where questionnaires will be distributed to all research respondents, where the population in this study are all employees of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Pasar Baru Pare Unit totaling 120 people. In determining the sample used the slovin formula so that a sample of 54 respondents was found. In testing the results of respondent data to measure the effect of the dependent variable on the independent variable used multiple regression analysis. The test results showed that the implementation of the training program and career development and employee job performance proved to have a significant effect on employee career development at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Pare, both simultaneously and partially. Keywords : Development and Training; Job Achievement; Employee Career Advancement
