Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain the results of the impact of the influence of discipline and work commitment simultaneously on work performance at PT Payung Pusaka Mandiri Kediri. The method used in this research is to use quantitative methods where researchers collect data in the form of numbers generated from questionnaires or questionnaires that are concrete, measurable, objective, rational and systematic. 340 people are the population used in this study where this number is all employees on the object of the place studied by the researcher. Then there is also a sample of questionnaire respondents from researchers totaling 77 respondents. The determination of this sample is determined from the Slovin formula. After the data is obtained, it will be collected using the data collection methods of observation, documentation, questionnaires. If it has been collected, it is analyzed using the percentage analysis method, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, T test and coefficient of determination test. From the results that have been obtained, it is concluded that there is a partial influence of work discipline on achievement, commitment to work performance, and simultaneously there is an influence on work discipline and work commitment on achievement at PT Payung Pusaka Mandiri Kediri with a presentation of 65% and the rest is influenced by factors not discussed in this study.
