Abstract

Employee loyalty is a key factor in maintaining organizational stability and productivity. PT Limas Mulya Sentosa Kediri faces challenges in managing rewards and training systems, which are suspected to affect employee loyalty. This study aims to examine the influence of rewards and job training on employee loyalty. A quantitative approach was applied using a survey method. The population consisted of all 30 permanent employees, selected through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected via a structured questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that both rewards (X₁) and job training (X₂) have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty (Y), as indicated by a regression coefficient of 0.770 and t-values of 10.628 and 3.584, both exceeding the t-table value of 2.05. This means that better reward and training systems significantly enhance employee loyalty. These findings underline the importance of fair reward structures and continuous training programs. The company is advised to maintain consistent recognition practices and expand training efforts to support long-term employee loyalty.
